Outsourced Growth Leadership. Our job is to make a firm more attractive to prospects and referral sources, engage staff in the growth process, help firms expand their advisory services, add client value, and either create a successful succession or help a firm prepare to be sold or seek an upward merger. Our process includes coaching, development of new services, outreach to prospects and referral sources, and an active client mining process as we have detailed in our 4 Corners.
Collaboration. We realize some firms have in-house marketing and/or business development. Our team works in collaboration with them, but we typically take a leadership role and become a trusted advisor to the partnership group. Our clients share financial information with us, as well as rely on us to help them troubleshoot problems with clients, prospects, and staff.

- Exit and Succession Planning. There is a wave of aging businesses who will be selling or conducting a succession. We have programs to target banks and existing clients who need help designing a transition blueprint including the tax planning needed for a successful transition.
- Valuation Services. We identify existing client needs, and market to the law firms and banks to create and deepen referral partner relationships. Valuation ties into exit and succession planning. We can provide valuation services to update the value of a client’s buy/sell agreement, provide support for divorce, estate, or other issues.
- Customized Merger & Acquisition Searches. We use a well-developed outreach process to identify firms seeking an exit or transition path, or ones who want to align with a growing firm.
