Bobby Riesterer

Bobby is a Senior Director in charge of Visionary data analytics, design, and technology services. He has extensive knowledge of CPA firm operations and is an integral part of our client’s growth strategies. He helps firms understand the metrics that drive their firm and establishes and standardizes their branding to optimize the presentation of their firm and aid in their growth.

He takes a lead role in Visionary’s Market Value Accelerator (MVA) services. The MVA is a deep analysis of a firm’s financial and operational data utilizing Power BI, combined with structured interviews of team leaders to help refine their vision. In addition to his technical analysis skills, Bobby brings 15+ years of design expertise in supporting CPA firms with logo designs, website development, creating literature and PowerPoints, and redesigning or developing proposal shells.

Bobby holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interactive Media Design from the Illinois Institute of Art. He has professional experience in photography and video production. Bobby is an active member of his community, serving on his town’s Zoning, Planning, and Economic Development Board to contribute to sustainable and well-planned growth in his hometown. For the past 20 years, Bobby has volunteered his time and expertise to his local high school’s marching band, taking on the role of “Chief of Staff.”
