Bob Nash

Bob is a Accounting Firm Consultant who is 100% focused on the CPA profession. He has a strong understanding of the accounting industry’s needs and works with both buy-side and sell-side firms interested in growing or developing a transition plan.

He has a deep knowledge of the challenges firms are facing and the opportunities in CPA M&A. Bob is able to quickly assess the drivers that add and detract from the firm value and helps firms plan a search strategy and identify candidate firms that fit their needs. He is active in firm negotiations, deal structures, and works to identify a fair deal for both parties.

Prior to joining Visionary, Bob’s career has been in business development within the IT, telecom, financial & insurance services, and employee benefit industries. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and attended Graduate School at DePaul University. Bob holds a private pilot’s license and plays guitar at festivals and non-profit events.
