Sam is a Mergers & Acquisition Consultant who is actively involved in the identification and acceleration of the buy and sell side of M&A. He interacts with Managing Partners nationwide who are either looking to tuck-in a new practice into an existing location or seeking a platform firm to open up in a new city.
When working with clients who need to sell, he reverses the process to find them the right candidate to merge or sell into. He has developed a unique strength working to identify non-accounting businesses for CPA firms to acquire or merge. These practices could be technology businesses, specialty management consultants, value-added resellers, CRM & ERP consulting practices, and other businesses that add accreditive value to the CPA firm’s client base.
He serves as the main point of contact between prospective CPA firms looking for a transition in their day-to-day business. Sam has years of experience in sales consulting, primarily focusing on professional services, manufacturing, construction, and technology. He studied Business Finance at The University of Kentucky.
