Sam is a Mergers & Acquisition Consultant who is actively involved in the identification and acceleration on the buy and sell side of M&A. He interacts with Managing Partners nationwide who are either looking to tuck-in a new practice into an existing location or seeking a platform firm to open up in a new city. When working with clients who need to sell, he reverses the process to find them the right candidate to merge or sell into. He has developed a unique strength working to identify non-accounting businesses for CPA firms to acquire or merger in. These practices could be technology businesses, specialty management consultants, value added resellers, CRM & ERP consulting practices and other businesses that will add accreditive value to the CPA firm’s client base.
He serves as the main point of contact between and prospective CPA firms looking for a transition in their day-to-day business. Sam has years of experience in sales consulting, primarily focusing on professional services, manufacturing, construction, and technology. Sam studied Business Finance at The University of Kentucky.
