Our team gathers information to identify gaps, opportunities, and schedule personalized one-on-one sessions that educate participants. We look at financial and production metrics with a different lens.

Three inputs, one clear picture.
Online Survey
This is the primary way to identify differences in thinking. The survey is for partners, key support, and potentially managers. All questions are approved by your firm and it takes twenty minutes to complete.
Interviews
For partners and key staff. They take about forty-five minutes. The interview provides an opportunity for participants to voice their ideas. It is confidential and a participant’s name will not be tied to any points included in our deliverable.
Data Analysis
We review your firm through the lens of a prospective acquirer. We visually display which clients are burning capacity, detail write-downs and write-ups by partner and department, and calculate key metrics driving profitability. Evaluating the core metrics performance is critical to creating the independence plan.
