Cari Zorns

Cari is an Accounting Firm Consultant at The Visionary Group working exclusively with CPA firms. She interacts daily with partners to help them identify candidate firms that would work well as an acquisition or a merger. Cari is extremely diligent in following through on every opportunity to ensure no details are missed.

One of her strengths is getting firms comfortable with the potential transition process. Helping them understand both the pros and cons of merging or selling, as well as explaining how the mergers and acquisition process works. She breaks opportunities into simple steps to help increase the success of every opportunity and to identify potential deal killers early in an opportunity.

Prior to joining the Visionary team, Cari held multiple business development leadership roles for a global leader in the entertainment industry. She also held sales and merchandising positions in the branding industry with a primary focus on revenue generation. She has a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University.
